We ship worldwide and work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the details below before ordering.
Order processing (before shipment)

In-stock items: dispatch in 3–6 business days.

Pre-order / made-to-order items: dispatch in 10–20 business days (shown on the product page).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off, weekends, and holidays start processing the next business day.
Transit estimates (after shipment)
Typical delivery times after a tracking number is activated:

USA / Canada / UK / EU: ~7–15 business days

Other regions: ~10–20 business days
Actual timing can vary due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or peak-season volume.
Note: Tracking links may take 24–72 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Tracking & split shipments

We email tracking for every parcel.

Items in the same order may ship separately to speed delivery. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
Address accuracy & changes

Please enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout (house number, street, apartment/suite, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, phone).

Address updates are possible only before shipment. Once a label is created or the parcel is handed to the carrier, we can’t modify the address.

Parcels returned to us for incorrect/incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping charges may apply). Refunds aren’t available in these cases.
“Delivered” but not received
When tracking shows Delivered, please:

Check your mailbox/porch and with household members/neighbors;

Look for a notice from the carrier;

Contact your local carrier office with the tracking number for GPS/scan details.
We’ll share tracking details and support your inquiry, but we can’t issue refunds or exchanges for orders the carrier marks as delivered.
Delays & lost-in-transit

Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control (customs, weather, peak volume).

If tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days (USA/CA/UK/EU) or 20+ business days (other regions), email support@levicrew.com with your order number and tracking link. We’ll investigate and, once confirmed lost by the carrier, arrange a replacement according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs or carrier. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our prices or shipping fees.
Shipping fees

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped, unless the issue is our error.

If a replacement is approved for a defective/incorrect item, we cover the exchange shipping per our Refund & Return Policy.
Order verification & fraud prevention
We may contact you to verify order details (e.g., address or payment review). Processing pauses until verification is completed to protect both you and us.
