We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your goods. Returns or Exchanges are at your own cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing, and it must be in the same condition that you got it.

If we accept your return, we'll email you information on how and where to deliver your box. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will be refused.

Please be informed that the client is responsible for arranging and paying for the delivery of the item back to our approved return address when initiating a return.

 

Refunds

  • Within 10 days of the item being delivered to you.
  • Unless there is a flaw in the goods, refunds are not permitted.
  • Please get in touch with us, provide your order number, and explain the problem in order to file the claim.
  • We are not responsible for failure caused by the postal services. 

 

Accepted Refunds: We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your (return/refund(defective items)) once it has been received. We'll also inform you if your request has been granted or rejected. Your refund will be processed and, if accepted, will be automatically applied within a few days to the original credit card or payment method.

 

Returns

We will tell you after we have received and reviewed your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If you are authorized, your original payment method will be promptly returned within 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. Returns are at your own cost.

 

Exchanges

Customers desiring an exchange must first begin a return by contacting our customer care staff as soon as possible in order to ensure a quick exchange. We will conduct the exchange and mail the new item as soon as the return is accepted and the item is returned in its original condition. Exchanges are at your own cost.

 

Damages or Defective

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item (wrong shirt or hoodie size, wrong color, wrong pattern printed, etc...) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellation

As long as the order hasn't been shipped yet, it can be cancelled. If a customer wants to cancel their order, it’s 100% FREE.

Order cancellation for orders that have already been shipped is not possible.
